“Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are very dedicated when guests are in difficult situations. I was very impressed by the staff's kind attitude. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Cons: The noise from conversations late at night can be heard up to the upper floors, and it is quite noisy. There is no refrigerator in the room and no water is provided. Common: The parking space around the hotel is narrow, but you can stop for a short time to unload or load luggage. There is a microwave and coffee pot for public use on the first floor.”

“Just had a week at Hotel Fenix really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All areas of the hotel were kept very clean. Bus stop just outside. Good shops nearby. Great location short walk to the beach We highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to going back there. “The hotel itself is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, could use a bit more variety but good enough. The location is good. There are supermarkets and restaurants all around. Bus stops are like 2-4 minutes away. The only problem is the parking. We always struggled to find a parking spot when returning at night and it would take us 30+ minutes to find one. Other than that, the hotel itself and our experience there was really good. Definitely recommended.”

“Positive: Quiet if not to count rosters doing they job in the neighborhood waking you up. Rooms and hotel as a whole have nice design. Staff is polite. Negative: breakfast is ok 4/5, buffet served by staff, not yourself, you say - they put on the plate, I don't like it. No English channels on TV, towels never changed for 4 days, extra soup not added either. Situated up the hill from the beach.”
